Manufacturer warranty

Panels and microinverters carry their manufacturer warranties — typically 10–25 years on panels and 10 years on microinverters. We register your equipment with the manufacturer at delivery so the warranty start date is tracked correctly.

Workmanship warranty

If we install your kit, we warrant the install workmanship for one year from install date. If anything we did fails, we make it right at no cost.

Returns

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping. Opened kits we evaluate case-by-case.

Damage in transit

Inspect the kit at delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and reach out within 48 hours and we'll arrange replacement.
